You may have heard the term PSA, but what does it mean?
PSA stands for prostate-specific antigen, a protein made by the prostate.

A PSA test is a simple blood test that measures the amount of PSA in your blood. A higher PSA level can be a sign that something may need further evaluation, but it does not automatically mean cancer.
Your healthcare provider can help you understand your results and decide what steps, if any, are needed next.

This Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, make time for your health.
