🌿 A day filled with nature, imagination, and meaningful moments.

Yesterday, Jaylen and his cousins enjoyed Miss Jasmine Tea and Her Enchanted Teapot beneath the towering redwoods at Filoli before spending time exploring the beautiful grounds together. From running and playing to discovering nature along the way, it was a day full of learning through play. ✨🫖🌲

Experiences like these remind us that some of the best learning happens outside the classroom. Outdoor play encourages curiosity, creativity, confidence, problem-solving, and social connection, while storytelling sparks imagination, builds language skills, and nurtures a lifelong love of learning.

Fun Friday: Science Edition!
We ended our week at J&A KidCo Camp at Zyland with a a day full of fun, creativity, and hands-on learning!

Our KidCo Campers:
🎉 played and explored
🥨 Created their own nut-free trail mix
🧪 Conducted fun science experiments
🔵 Made their very own bouncy balls
📚 Enjoyed Story time
✨ And so much more!

One of our favorite parts of camp is seeing new friendships being formed along the way. From playing together, creating, learning, and laughing together, we love watching new connections grow ! 💙

☀️ Last Month’s Drop-Off Night Recap ☀️

Last month, we welcomed summer with an evening full of learning, creativity, and fun! 💛

Together, we explored the summer season by creating sunshine crafts and comparing winter and summer clothing through hands-on learning. The children also enjoyed sensory play, danced and played with bubbles, practiced healthy habits like washing their hands, and refueled with a healthy apple snack.

At J&A KidCo, every Drop-Off Night is thoughtfully planned to encourage creativity, independence, social-emotional growth, and meaningful play in a safe, nurturing environment.

🐚 A look back at yesterday’s Summer Enrichment! ☀️

Our little explorers spent the morning discovering the beauty of the ocean through hands-on learning! They explored real seashells with magnifying glasses, painted their own seashell keepsakes, enjoyed our ocean sensory bin, and learned through play every step of the way. 💙

⭐ A look back at yesterday’s Summer Enrichment! ☀️

Our campers enjoyed a morning filled with movement, creativity, and hands-on learning as we explored ocean animals, created our Cheerio starfish crafts, read A House for Hermit Crab, and enjoyed plenty of play along the way. 💙
