5 Fitness has three different areas available for you to focus on what is most important to you. There are 30 pieces of cardio equipment available for people looking to lose weight and get into shape, including bikes and stair steppers, as well as the LARGEST FREE WEIGHT AREA in central Arkansas for people looking to bulk up and tighten their bodies. All memberships to our fitness center and health club have full access to all of the top-of-the-line equipment in our gym.
