Toddlers’ eating can feel chaotic, but most of this is actually normal:
• Big appetite swings (barely eats one meal, then eats everything the next)
• Food jags (loves something → refuses it suddenly)
• Same foods on repeat
• Refusing vegetables
• Eating more food earlier in the day
• Too busy playing to sit and eat

What to do:
• Keep a simple meals + snacks routine
• Keep offering new foods without pressure
• Always include at least 1 safe food
• Zoom out—look at intake over the week, not one meal
