🌴☀️ A LITTLE R&R IS CALLING! ☀️🌴

After a string of medical issues over the past month, it’s time to slow down, take a deep breath, and give myself a little time to reset…AND SEE MY SON 💛

I’m spending the last few days of my Chapter 47 in my happy place — the BEACH! 🌊🏖️ A little sunshine, family time, rest, and recharging before stepping into my next chapter. ✨

Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of others that we have to remind ourselves to take care of the person doing the caring, too. 💆‍♀️💛

📌 Divine Connection will be CLOSED Thursday, October 22nd through Monday, October 26th. All calls/messages will be returned on Monday, October 26th.

Thank you for your continued love, patience, and support. I’ll be back soon, refreshed and ready to pour back into you! 🫶🏼

🫶🏼The ultimate gift isn’t always something you can wrap… sometimes, it’s simply time together.

These sweet daughters treated their mama to the ultimate spa day for her birthday, and my heart loved being part of such a special memory! 🥹✨

But the sweetest part of this experience wasn’t just the pampering… it was the togetherness. 💕

Sitting, relaxing, snacking, laughing, slowing down, and simply enjoying being in the moment with one another. It was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the greatest luxury isn’t a treatment at all… it’s the gift of being fully present with the people we love

Happy Birthday to this beautiful mama! Thank you for allowing Divine Connection to be part of your celebration. May this next year be filled with love, laughter, answered prayers, and many more moments together. 💗

THURSDAY THOUGHTS & MASSAGE 💆🏻‍♀️✨

Just like trees, our bodies need time, patience, and care to grow stronger. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, and sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down, breathe, and give ourselves permission to rest. 🤎

Don’t confuse slow progress with no progress. Keep nurturing yourself, trust the process, and remember that taking care of yourself is never time wasted.

Today’s your reminder: You don’t have to rush your growth, and you don’t have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. You weren’t created to run on empty. 🌿

Make room for rest. Your mind, body, and soul deserve it.

As we head into the weekend, remember that rest is not a reward for running yourself into the ground. It’s a way of caring for the body God has entrusted to you.
Take a deep breath, release the stress you’ve been carrying, and give yourself permission to slow down. You don’t have to do it all or carry it all. Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is simply rest, be held and let God refill you. 🙏🏼

Your body deserves care, your mind deserves peace, and your soul deserves stillness.

Give yourself the same grace you so freely give to everyone else. 🤎✨
