We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

💙 This week, our team gathered for a Brainstorming Lunch with Mary Ann from Caregiver SOS and Christina from the Area Agency on Aging of the Coastal Bend.

We enjoyed discussing future partnerships, upcoming summer events for families and the community, educational opportunities for healthy living, dementia care awareness, and advance directives. We are excited about the opportunities to work together and continue supporting our community! 😊
