Rosedale Green and Emerald Trace are proud to be CMS-qualified facilities for the new Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative. Eligible nurses may qualify for:

Up to $40,000 in student loan repayment
Up to an additional $10,000 stipend
An opportunity to grow their nursing career while making a difference in the lives of older adults

We’re especially excited about what this could mean for nurses who want to continue their education, reduce student loan debt, and build a long-term career with Rosedale Green or Emerald Trace!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re a 5-Star Facility!
We are incredibly proud to share some exciting news — Rosedale Green has achieved an overall 5-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)!

What does that mean? CMS uses a Five-Star Quality Rating System to help families compare Medicare- and Medicaid-certified nursing homes. Ratings consider important areas including health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. An overall 5-star rating is the highest rating available and identifies a nursing home as performing much above average compared with other nursing homes.

This achievement is even more meaningful following our deficiency-free annual state survey — sometimes called a “perfect survey.” During this comprehensive inspection, state surveyors evaluate many aspects of nursing home operations, including resident care, safety, staffing practices, documentation, residents’ rights, and regulatory compliance.

To receive no deficiencies during that survey is an accomplishment we are extremely proud of — and now, to also achieve an overall CMS 5-Star Rating makes this an especially exciting time at Rosedale Green! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our entire team and their commitment to providing exceptional care every day.
