The following is from a post written by Rosedale Green’s executive director Londa Knollman:
“This week, Rosedale Green underwent an annual unannounced Office of Inspector General (OIG) state and federal survey. These surveys are among the most rigorous evaluations a healthcare organization can experience, examining everything from resident care and infection prevention to emergency preparedness, dining services, life enrichment, environmental services, and regulatory compliance.

I am incredibly proud to share that Rosedale Green achieved its Second Deficiency-Free survey.
The reality is that no leader accomplishes something like this alone.

Our leadership team, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, dining staff, environmental services team, maintenance team, life enrichment staff, social services team, business office staff, and every employee across the organization stepped up, supported one another, and continued providing exceptional care to our residents.

Surveyors only see a snapshot of an organization. What they saw this week was the culture our team creates every single day.

My heart is full of gratitude—for a team that leads with compassion, professionalism, and excellence, and for the privilege of serving alongside them.

Tonight, I'm celebrating them.”

meetings don’t have to “suck” when you have a leadership team willing to bring the fun! 😂

Our Rosedale Green leadership team took on the “Anything But a Cup/Water Bottle” challenge during QA and definitely delivered! From urinals and sharps containers to buckets and watering pails, creativity was flowing almost as much as the coffee! ☕🪣🚽

Healthcare can be serious work, but moments like these remind us that laughter, teamwork, and a little silliness help keep us connected. We’re grateful for a leadership team that knows how to work hard, support one another, and have fun along the way!
