Through an array of on-site, professional services, we provide personalized resident-directed living while maintaining our residents’ comfort and dignity. Rosedale Green offers a variety of care levels including both short-term and long-term options. The level of care required by an individual is determined after a complete assessment by a qualified member of our team, in conjunction with your attending physician.

What a great time Rosedale Green had representing at the Boone County Senior Picnic! We’re pretty sure this year’s event set a new attendance record!

A special thank you to Emerald Trace's Chef Paul for generously providing his incredible Jeep and serving as our driver. We truly appreciate your support in helping make the day so memorable!
It was such a joy to see so many familiar faces, friends, neighbors, and community partners lining the parade route. Celebrating our nation's 250th birthday together made this year's Independence Day especially meaningful.
