Yesterday we celebrated Sue McLaughlin as she prepares to retire after more than 20 years with our team.

Sue’s last day is this Friday, and it’s hard to sum up just how much she has meant to the people she has worked alongside over the years. She has been a steady, dependable, and familiar presence at Flottman Company, contributing to our day-to-day work and helping support the team in ways that truly matter.

More than anything, she has been a valued coworker and friend to many. Long-time team members like Sue help shape who we are as a company and the culture we are proud of.

While we will miss her here, we are excited for what comes next for her in retirement. And if we could wish for the perfect first chapter, it would be this: a little rest, low golf scores, some sunshine, and time at the beach.
