Our Clinic Director, Dr. Halie Quick, hosted an educational session about dry needling for the Niceville Senior Center yesterday!

How exactly does dry needling work?

- Targets trigger points in the muscle to relieve pain and improve muscle function
- Stimulates the central nervous system to release endorphins which is a natural pain reliever
- Improve blood flow to promote healing
