At MD Wellness we understand that life happens. But when you’re in recovery, keeping your scheduled appointments is an important part of staying on track. Every appointment gives us the opportunity to make sure you are tolerating your prescribed treatment and receiving the support you need.

We offer multiple ways to schedule, reschedule, and cancel your appointments. You are always welcome to call or text the office phone number M-F from 12-6. We also offer online scheduling where you can do the same. Our scheduling app also sends you appointments reminders because we know how hectic life can be.

Effective immediately all no-show appointments will be subject to a $25 no-show fee. This policy helps us protect appointment availability for patients who need care and allows our providers and staff to serve everyone as efficiently as possible. If you do miss your appointment and require a refill in between open clinic days you will also be charged an additional $10 to be paid prior to medication refill.

If you know you cannot make your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. We will be happy to assist you and help you in any way we can as long as we are aware of the situation. You can also use the scheduling app for 24/7 access to your appointment.

For the safety of our patients and staff we will be CLOSED this Saturday, January 24th. If you are currently scheduled Haley will be reaching out to you for rescheduling. We will be OPEN this Friday from 1-6 and there will also be provider at clinic this evening from 5-6. We want to ensure that you are taken care of so if you do not hear from office staff please call the office. Keep in mind that pharmacies may also be closed for an undetermined amount of days due to weather.
We hope that you all have a plan in place to stay warm and safe this weekend.

We are closely monitoring the weather in regards to this weekend. For now we plan on being open our scheduled days this week, which are Friday 1-6 and Saturday 8-12.
If you are scheduled on Saturday but are able to come in on Friday please reach out to Haley through our clinic number. We want to do everything we can to ensure you are taken care of and are able to pick up your medication.
