$5 from every float in October goes to the Georgia Alliance for Breast Cancer. Since 2002, GAABC has raised nearly $21 million and awarded 600+ grants to breast health programs across our state, funding screening, diagnostics, research, transportation, and patient support. What’s raised in Georgia stays in Georgia.

What does 1000+ lbs of salt look like?

Epsom salt, magnesium sulfate, has been shown to alleviate anxiety and improve sleep. It helps with aches and pains, whether from arthritis, injury, or illness. People described feeling boundless, weightless, and connected in ways that overlapped with experiences reported after psilocybin and ketamine, minus the visual effects.

The strongest results came from the group that floated longer and set their own schedule. And the feeling of expansiveness itself helped explain the lift in mood afterward.

“Floating feels like oneness.” This new study puts language and data behind something our clients have been saying for years.
