HEADS UP: RABIES VACCINE AIRDROP STARTING⚠️
If you see low flying aircraft across the red shaded counties over the next few weeks dropping things, here’s what it is. The USDA will resume its rabies vaccination efforts across north Georgia. Over 600,000 edible rabies vaccines will be dropped across parts of these counties. Helicopter airdrops begin tomorrow. Fixed wing aircraft will start their drops around October 20th. If you see a vaccine, leave it for wildlife! This is for them. Not you or pets.
