- Provides reduced rentals to very low, low and moderate income housing for those 62 years of age or older, handicapped or disabled regardless of age.

The residents had a wonderful time shopping at Dollar Tree this week! 🛍️ They enjoyed browsing the aisles, picking out their favorite items, and spending time together.

We are proud to celebrate two outstanding members of our Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center family who have taken the next step in their healthcare careers!

👏 Massiel Gomez, a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), has graduated from CTC Vo-Tech and is now a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!👩‍⚕️

👏 Lesley Brown, an LPN at The Meadows, has graduated from Luzerne County Community College and has earned her Registered Nurse (RN) credentials! 🩺

Their hard work, determination, and commitment to lifelong learning are truly inspiring. We are incredibly proud of both Massiel and Lesley for achieving these milestones while continuing to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents each day.

Our Meadows Nursing residents had a wonderful time grilling & chillin’ at Dairy Queen yesterday! 🍔🍦☀️

From enjoying delicious treats to spending quality time together outdoors, it was a day full of smiles, laughter, and great memories. A special thank you to the amazing team at Dairy Queen for being so accommodating and making our residents feel extra special during their visit. 🌿☀️ Today was the perfect day to get our garden started at the Meadows Nursing Center! Our residents enjoyed the fresh air and had a wonderful time planting and putting together our garden beds filled with a variety of herbs and vegetables including rosemary, thyme, mint, tomatoes, eggplant, squash, and more! 🍅🌱🪴

There were lots of smiles, laughter, and hands in the dirt as everyone soaked in the beautiful afternoon sunshine. Gardening is such a meaningful activity — bringing joy, connection, and a little extra beauty to our campus. 💚

Great job to all of our amazing residents and team members who helped make today so special! 🌼✨
