The Meadows Apartments - HUD Housing (570-675-6936)
- 120 one bedroom apartments for independent living
- Provides reduced rentals to the elderly of low & extremely low incomes

The Hi-Meadows - USDA Housing (570-675-5944)
- 36 one bedroom apartments & 4 two bedroom apartments
- Provides reduced rentals to very low, low and moderate income housing for those 62 years of age or older, handicapped or disabled regardless of age.
- Rent is based on income & rental assistance from USDA RD.

🐾 A Little Furry Love Goes a Long Way! ❤️

Our Nursing Center residents had a paws-itively wonderful time when our PTA, Sam, brought in her adorable furry friend, Greta, for some group therapy fun! 🐶

Greta was an instant hit, bringing plenty of smiles, cuddles, and tail-wagging happiness to the group!

There’s something so special about the joy and comfort our four-legged friends bring to our residents. 💕

Our Nursing Center’s Pumpkin Decorating Contest was filled with creativity, but one country queen stole the show! ✨

A HUGE congratulations to our talented Therapy Team for bringing Dolly to life! From the big blonde hair and sparkling pink outfit to the signature glam, every little detail was fabulous! 💕👑

Dolly was a HIT, and we think she’d be proud of this masterpiece! 🎤

Our Nursing Center team members recently participated in Dementia Live Training, a unique, hands-on experience designed to deepen their understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living with dementia.

Through immersive simulations that mimic changes in vision, sensory perception, and cognitive processing, our team gained valuable insight into what daily life may feel like for someone living with dementia.

💜 The goal? Greater understanding, deeper empathy, and more compassionate, person-centered care.

We are proud of our dedicated team members who continually seek opportunities to strengthen their skills, expand their knowledge, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

With the guidance and support of our dedicated therapy team, including Makayla and Joe, Robert made great strides in his recovery!
