S*x addiction isn’t about judgment... it’s about understanding patterns.

Compulsive s*xual behaviors can become painful when they feel uncontrollable, create shame, damage relationships, or interfere with daily life.

Healing begins by addressing what’s underneath: emotions, attachment, trauma, coping patterns, and the need for connection.

Recovery is possible. ❤️

What a great evening supporting The Twelfth Step Ministry at the Serve for Sobriety Pickleball Tournament & Fundraiser! 🏓✨

Our IRR team had such a fun time coming together, getting active, and serving alongside an incredible recovery community. We’re grateful that so many of our clinicians were able to show up, participate, and be part of an event centered around connection, hope, and healing!

Thank you for letting us be part of such a special night. We’re honored to stand alongside organizations who are committed to helping people find connection and lasting change. 💙

A special thank you to Hall Ratcliffe and the team at Capstone Treatment Center for a wonderful evening of connection and community. 🤍

While we are grateful for the opportunity to gather together, we are even more appreciative of the work Hall does behind the scenes to strengthen the recovery community. His commitment to building relationships among clinicians, treatment providers, and recovery professionals creates opportunities for collaboration that ultimately benefit the individuals and families we serve.

It is through efforts like these that clinicians can stay connected, learn from one another, and continue providing thoughtful, supportive, and collaborative care. Thank you, Hall, for your dedication to fostering a community that prioritizes healing, growth, and recovery.🤍

IRR was honored to attend another wonderful evening hosted by Campbell Recovery Services and sponsored by Capstone Treatment Center. 🤍

This event provided an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals in the recovery community, learn from one another, and continue fostering relationships that ultimately benefit the individuals and families we serve.

We were especially proud to have our practice owner, Erin Wysong-Warren, participate as a panelist, sharing her insights alongside other dedicated professionals in the field.

Thank you to Campbell Recovery Services for creating spaces that encourage collaboration, education, and meaningful conversation. We are grateful to be part of a community committed to healing, growth, and recovery.

✨Feeling exhausted, disconnected, or like you're running on autopilot? It might be more than just stress.✨

Burnout can show up in ways that are easy to overlook...emotional exhaustion, irritability, difficulty concentrating, feeling detached from work or relationships, and a loss of motivation for things you once enjoyed.

In our latest blog, Barrett Mick explores the signs of burnout, why it happens, and how therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and prevent burnout from taking a greater toll on your well-being. 🌱

Mental health awareness also means making space for the emotions that are harder to talk about...grief, loss, overwhelm, loneliness, trauma, and emotional exhaustion.

For many people, holidays like Memorial Day can bring up complex feelings and memories. There is no “right” way to experience this weekend, and you are allowed to care for yourself however you need!

At IRR Dallas, we believe mental health care begins with compassion, connection, and feeling understood. You do not have to navigate difficult emotions alone. 🤍

Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that mental health is not separate from everyday life...it’s woven into how we think, feel, connect, cope, and care for ourselves.

At IRR Dallas, we believe healing begins with compassion, curiosity, and support, not shame!

You do not have to have everything figured out to reach out for help. 🤍

IRR is honored to support the Serve for Sobriety Pickleball Tournament & Fundraiser, hosted by The Twelfth Step Ministry!

While it will be a fun night... this event is an opportunity to come together in support of recovery and healing!

Twelfth Step Ministry continues to make a lasting impact across DFW by creating spaces where individuals and families can find support, encouragement, and hope in recovery.

At IRR, we deeply value the role a community plays in healing. Recovery is not meant to happen in isolation, and events like this remind people that support, connection, and change are possible!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

We encourage you to approach your story with curiosity instead of judgment. Mental health struggles are more common than many people realize, and reaching out for support is a sign of courage...not weakness.

You are not alone, and healing does not have to happen alone either. 🤍
