At Pleasant Valley, our residents become family—and so do their families.

A special thank you to one of our families for blessing our residents and staff with a wonderful meal of steak, chicken, mashed potatoes, baked beans, rolls, and cupcakes.

We are grateful for the kindness, generosity, and support of the families who make Pleasant Valley such a special place to call home. Acts of kindness like this remind us how blessed we are to be part of such a caring community.

After over a week of rainy weather here in Georgia, someone at Pleasant Valley decided it was finally time for SHORTS! ☀️💙

This is her very first year ever wearing shorts, and she was proud to show them off today. Moments like these remind us that joy can be found in the simplest things — a little confidence, a little comfort, and hopefully a little sunshine ahead.

The Easter Bunny happily hopped through Pleasant Valley yesterday and recieved lots of hugs along the way.

We are getting the raised gardens ready for planting!! Please bring any vegetables you would like planted into the office. Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and squash always do well in the Pleasant Valley gardens. Thanks everyone ☺️

Celebrating the Season with Sacred Journey and Amedisys Hospice

Over the past week, our home has been aglow with holiday warmth. Thanks to the visits from Sacred Journey Hospice and Amedisys Hospice our residents have enjoyed a whole week of joy. We played bingo, shared treats, enjoyed the sweetest therapy dogs and even had some fun nail painting sessions.

We’re so grateful to these two groups for bringing that extra touch of festive magic to our residents!
