Thank you to Danville Parks and Recreation for hosting another amazing community event. We always appreciate opportunities to connect with community members, meet new faces, and spend time with some of our amazing Danville families.

We partnered with Good Hope Equestrian & Regenerative Farm, Inc. to offer a free equine experience for veterans and their immediate families. Fresh air, friendly horses, and zero pressure. A chill experience for the whole family including the kids.

Horses meet you exactly where you are. No judgment. Just presence.

You may never know the impact you have. But they will.

Last week, we got to show up for our community in a meaningful way. 💚

We provided opioid education training for staff at the Danville Adult Detention Center, and we could not be more grateful for the opportunity to connect with community partners, share resources, and engage in important conversations about substance use, recovery, and evidence based treatment.

A special shoutout to our new Peer Support Specialist, Cheryl, for showing up authentically and sharing her story. Vulnerability makes all the difference and helps bring everything together.

Thank you to the Danville Adult Detention Center for welcoming us and allowing us to train some of your amazing staff.

Thank you to Southside Behavioral Health for hosting the 2nd Annual Service Members, Veterans & Families Mental Health Summit! 🇺🇸

We had a great time connecting with veterans, families, providers, and community members while sharing resources and learning from others who are passionate about supporting those who have served our country.

A special thank you to all of the speakers and presenters who shared valuable knowledge, experiences, and resources throughout the day. We are truly grateful for opportunities like this to continue learning more about the needs of our veterans and their families so we can continue growing, improving, and supporting them in the best way possible.
