In observance of Labor Day, Cadena Family Practice will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026.

We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

Cadena Family Practice is proud to announce our newest provider, Chelsea Arizpe, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified (APRN, FNP-C)!

“Hello! My name is Chelsea Arizpe and I’m excited to join the Cadena Family Practice team as a Family Nurse Practitioner! As a Del Rio native, it’s an honor to have the opportunity to care for the community that has always been home to me. I have been a registered nurse for the past five years, with experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, newborn nursery, aesthetics, and emergency department. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health San Antonio and later completed my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas Woman’s University.

As a wife and mother of two, I understand the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care. I am passionate about building lasting relationships with my patients and providing high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals and families through every stage of life.
