✨ COSMIC: Fire + Surrender ✨
A 2-hour immersive journey through movement, breath, sound, and the five elements.

We begin by grounding into Earth.
Awaken through Air.
Build heat through Fire.
Soften into Water.
And dissolve into Ether.

This experience is about contrast:

Activation + recovery.
Strength + softness.
Effort + surrender.
Heat + stillness.
Doing + receiving.

Because we spend so much of life moving, producing, thinking, training, caring, and carrying.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is create space to feel, release, regulate, and receive.

Come exactly as you are.

Move.
Breathe.
Sweat.
Soften.
Listen.
Surrender.

For nearly 15 years, and friendship has been rooted in peace, kindness, compassion, and trust that has blossomed into a shared love for yoga that became the foundation of “Space” community and for many others, an inspo.

From opening our own studio with our dearest friends to creating a safe and supportive space where countless individuals have gathered, grown, and connected, our journey has always been guided by the spirit of togetherness… even after the departure.

Through years of leading yoga teacher trainings, we’ve witnessed the profound transformation that comes from stepping into this practice with openness and heart. We are honored to invite you to join us in our next 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, beginning October 2025.. a cosmic and spiritual journey that weaves together practice, wisdom, and community, guiding you deeper into your own path, teaching skills and the desire for universal connection.
