We are thrilled to announce a new collaboration and addition to our yoga offerings with Rocky Mountain Punk 🥳🎉 Starting June 3rd, you can find us Wednesdays at 7pm at this incredible location in Lakewood! Rocky Mountain Punk is where nature, art, and music meet. A natural collaboration choice for us at Yoga Mayhem! We will still see you Sundays at 10am at our beloved Bar404Broadway but we’re so excited to offer a late evening class as well. Come check it out!!

And speaking of our home base, this Sunday at Bar404Broadway we'll be getting our vinyasa on to Red Hot Chili Peppers! Can't wait to see you there!!! And don't forget to get your favorite summer beverage, our very own signature cocktail - The One Inch Deeper - featuring !!!

Have you tried live music yoga yet? Last Sunday morning we were all completely enveloped in the delicious spacey riffs provided to us by the amazing Temple of Asteria 🪐 The vid doesn’t do it justice - what a cool class. It was in celebration of HUFR FEST Mile High Riffs - which was also absolutely sick. Don’t forget to see live music, and if you get a chance, move your body to it. Life changer.

Thanks HUFR Fest and Temple of Asteria, and as always, a big thanks to Bar404Broadway for making these experiences happen for all of us!!

IT'S HUFR FEST WEEK! If you're a fan at all of stoner rock or of just really killer live music, now is the time to sign up for class. We have a playlist full of about 95% of the artists of HUFR Fest for class this Thursday at 5:30pm at Bar404Broadway, and then on Sunday morning at 10am, we have Temple of Asteria doing a full LIVE MUSIC set for class. We ARE SO EXCITED.
