Burnout isn’t always a sign that you’re working too hard.

Sometimes it’s a sign that you’re carrying responsibilities that were never meant to rest solely on your shoulders.

The most effective leaders don’t measure their value by how much they can carry. They create trust, empower their teams, and focus their energy where it has the greatest impact.

If you’re feeling the weight of leadership, it may be time for a different conversation.

Book a complimentary 20-minute call with Angela to explore what’s keeping you stuck—and what sustainable leadership could look like.

A new leadership role can bring exciting opportunities and unexpected self-doubt.

Impostor syndrome is common among accomplished leaders, especially during promotions and transitions when the learning curve is steep and expectations are high.

The goal isn’t to eliminate every moment of uncertainty. It’s to turn down the voice of insecurity and strengthen the confidence that comes from recognizing what you already know, while staying open to what you still have to learn.

In my latest blog, I explore how leaders can move from impostor syndrome to strategic confidence and lead from a more grounded, mission-focused place.

Today I'm celebrating my wedding anniversary to my partner in crime, Bill Sasseville!

Check out how young and confident those two kids were!

And yes, I still have those chunky white satin platforms in my closet.

September is Su***de Prevention Month.

As leaders, one of the simplest ways to support your team is to make sure they know help is available.

A reminder that the 988 Lifeline is available 24/7 for anyone experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis. Sometimes, simply sharing this resource can make a difference.

Trust isn’t built through titles or authority.

It’s built through everyday leadership behaviors - how you listen, how you respond under pressure, and how you show up in difficult moments.

Small habits shape how your team experiences your leadership.

Which one stands out to you?

The greatest leadership risk isn’t making the wrong decision.

It’s becoming more committed to being right than continuing to learn.

When leaders stop inviting feedback, listening with curiosity, or challenging their own assumptions, growth begins to slow for both the leader and the team.

In my latest blog, I explore one of the most overlooked leadership traps and why coachability, humility, and psychological safety are essential for long-term leadership effectiveness.

Executive coaching is often misunderstood.

It’s not about motivation or giving advice. It’s about helping leaders think more clearly, uncover blind spots, strengthen decision-making, and build the internal capacity to lead through increasing complexity.

The most effective leaders don’t stop developing when they reach the executive level—they become even more intentional about it.

Schedule a 20-minute conversation.

Experience is one of a leader’s greatest strengths.

But if it replaces curiosity, listening, or a willingness to grow, it can quietly become a limitation.

The most effective leaders don’t assume they’ve arrived. They continue asking questions, seeking feedback, and evolving alongside the increasing complexity of their role.

In this latest blog, I explore how experience can become a leadership liability and why remaining coachable is one of the most important qualities of long-term leadership effectiveness.
