Our residents took a sweet trip to Lafayette to visit Lift Chocolate, a veteran-owned chocolate factory with an incredible story. Founded by former U.S. Marine Corps CH-53 “Heavy Lift” helicopter pilot Brandon Busch, Lift Chocolate began in his home kitchen and has since grown into a nationwide business!

During our visit, residents enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour and chocolate tasting while learning about the craftsmanship, history, and passion behind every bite. From military service to mastering the art of chocolate, Lift’s story is truly one-of-a-kind.

Of course, the chocolate tasting was a highlight! 🍫✨

Matt from our transportation team🚗! Matt is often the very first friendly face residents and visitors see when they arrive at Balfour. His kindness, warm smile, and welcoming spirit help create the feeling of home that so many of our residents appreciate every day.

Maria is our incredible Memory Care housekeeper🌻! Maria is truly the rockstar of the Memory care neighborhood. Her dedication keeps the community fresh, clean, and welcoming each and every day, creating a comfortable environment for our residents and team alike.
