Hello wonderful humans,

In case you haven't heard it directly from me, I will be attempting something called a vacation this month.

From Saturday, May 23rd through Sunday, May 31st, I will be temporarily unavailable for texts, calls, emails, smoke signals, or telepathic booking requests. If your muscles suddenly remember I exist during this time, I respectfully ask them to hold that thought until I return.

Why am I disappearing, you ask?

On Sunday, May 24th, I’ll be running my first half marathon, which means my legs will need at least several days (and possibly emotional support) to forgive me. This trip will allow me to take some much-needed rest and recovery time (especially since my husband specifically booked an Airbnb that's nowhere near a gym for me to sneak off to).

Most importantly, I’ll be spending time with my sweet, handsome, slightly under-the-weather pup, who will be seeing the ocean for the very first time. (Yes, I will be taking over 1000 pictures in a span of 5 minutes to show you guys when I get back.)

If you need anything before I leave, now’s your chance...my future, slightly hobbling self will thank you.

Thanks for your understanding, your support, and for not trying to panic-book while I’m gone.

I promise to come back refreshed, recovered, and possibly still covered in KT tape.
