The world is a crowded and noisy place. We are bombarded with input, ads, and everyone does everything….i am not the best marketer, I’m not super chic… but i do hold a lovely safe space for you to find peace and quiet… whether it’s a soundbath or reiki, it is an honor to hold that energy and I hope that while I have a dedicated space, you will come and join me.

I’m looking for a few people who might be interested in trying spiritual direction with me. ❤️

As part of my Spiritual Direction Certificate program, I’m beginning my practicum and am looking for a few people willing to meet with me for several sessions. (Once a month until May)

So, what exactly is spiritual direction?

For me, it’s a space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface of your life—your questions, values, relationships, doubts, beliefs, changes, and sense of meaning.

You don’t have to be religious, and you don’t have to know what you believe.

Maybe you’re deeply rooted in a faith tradition. Maybe you’re questioning it or moving away from it. Maybe you’ve never really identified with religion at all. Wherever you are, spiritual direction is a space to explore your inner life without being told what you’re supposed to believe.

We can pay attention to what feels meaningful, what no longer fits, and what may be emerging for you.

There’s no fixing, preaching, or telling you what your answers should be. Just conversation, curiosity, reflection, and a little room to breathe.

If this sounds interesting to you—or if you’ve ever thought, “I have a lot of questions about my life, but I don’t really know where to put them”—send me a message.

I’d love to talk with you about whether this might be a good fit!

✨ The beauty of Reiki? You don’t have to do anything.

Just come as you are.

Reiki offers a quiet space to slow down, breathe, release the noise, and reconnect with yourself.

Maybe you’ll feel deeply relaxed.
Maybe you’ll feel lighter.
Maybe you’ll simply think, “I needed that.”

🤍 Ready to experience Reiki for yourself? Call today to book your session, or DM me to find a time that works for you.

Drop me a note here or at www.soundbathct.com to learn more and to schedule 🩷🌸😊
