Weakness is.

Murph was never meant to be easy.

And that’s the point.

Every Memorial Day, people all over the country willingly step into discomfort together to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Today wasn’t about pace.
It wasn’t about PRs.
It was about community, gratitude, and remembering why we do this workout in the first place.

There’s something powerful about suffering side by side with good people — pushing through the miles, the pull-ups, the rain, and the fatigue together. That’s what makes days like today special.

Huge shoutout to the crew at Breathe CrossFit for creating an incredible environment to honor the meaning behind Murph.

280 pounds.
8 reps.

Read that again.

Some people believe getting weaker is just part of aging.We disagree.

You don’t get weaker because you get older…You get older because you get weaker.

Strength is independence.Strength is confidence.Strength is resilience.Strength is being able to keep doing the things you love for as long as possible.

And no — this didn’t happen by accident.It happened through consistency, smart training, and refusing to accept that aging means slowing down.

Vacation workouts don’t always look like barbells and sled pushes…

Sometimes they look like this 💦

Running up slippery inflatables
Climbing, jumping, balancing
Getting smoked by your kids 😅

Here’s the truth—this is training.

We spend so much time in the gym building strength, power, and endurance… not just to look good, but to actually live life without holding back.
