❤️ Stress doesn't just affect your mood—it can affect your heart, too.

When stress becomes a part of everyday life, it can raise your blood pressure, increase inflammation, and make your heart work harder over time. While we can't always eliminate stress, we can take small steps each day to better manage it.

Try this simple stress-relief exercise: 🫁 Breathe in slowly through your nose for 4 seconds. ⏸️ Hold your breath for 2 seconds. 😮‍💨 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds.

Repeat for just 60 seconds. Deep breathing can help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and support your overall heart health.

Remember, taking care of your heart isn't just about diet and exercise—it's also about caring for your mental and emotional well-being.

Small moments of calm can make a big difference. ❤️

Whether you've been at a desk, in the car, or just haven't moved much today, a few minutes of gentle stretching can help improve flexibility, increase blood flow, and make everyday movement feel easier.

Try these 5 simple stretches:

✅ Neck Stretch
✅ Shoulder Rolls
✅ Standing Side Reach
✅ Seated Hamstring Stretch
✅ Calf Stretch

Just 5 minutes a day can help reduce stiffness and keep your body moving comfortably.
