Final Summer Roundup!

🦌🦃🎣Hunting, Fishing, & Loving Therapy (a special surprise for one of our favorite buds who constantly wanted to know when we would do a theme he liked 🤪)!

Summer Sports finished us off with triathlons, gold medal cereal necklaces, and so much balloon volleyball! 🚲 🏊🏅

We live our best childlike lives in the summer, and it’s always the best!! Like everyone though, we’re ready for some back to school routines and normalcy around the clinic! BUT ALWAYS KEEP IT FUN! ✏️ ✂️🖌️🛝

Self-care doesn't have to be expensive, complicated, or Instagram-worthy.
Sometimes it looks like...� 💙 Going for a walk.� 🦋 Journaling your thoughts.� 💙 Taking a social media break.� 🦋 Drinking enough water.� 💙 Calling a friend.� 🦋 Watching a favorite movie.� 💙 Taking a deep breath.

Our Self-Care Summer Wall has been filling up with simple reminders and ideas from both our clients and team because sometimes all it takes is one small action to change your day.

It's a simple reminder that taking care of yourself doesn't have to be big—it just has to be intentional.

🏴‍☠️ YO HO YO HO, It’s a pirates’s life for me!

Our new theme is Pirate Week and it was a swashbuckling hit!!

Everyone got pirate names, participated in pirate themed challenges, dueled on the plank, made coin purses/wallets and collected gold coins which were traded in for a trip to the 🪎 at the end of their session!

This was such a fun week! It will definitely be coming back around next summer!

It was the best week!

Therapy is HARD work for a lot of kids, but it doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be fun!! 💪🏼

Happy Father’s Day!

We are so thankful for the wonderful dad’s who pour into our kids, bring them to therapy, and participate in all of our shenanigans!

The kids had so much fun making grill skewers, “mowing the lawn”, and answering questions and making cards for dad this week!
