Join us in welcoming our new massage therapist, Mora!

Certified in Massage Therapy since 2019, Mora (they/them) uses a range of modalities to encourage and support the body’s natural healing abilities; Swedish, deep tissue, sports, chronic pain management, and prenatal massage. Living with AuDHD and EDS, understanding how the body and mind work together have formed their overall technique. Mora will work with your nervous system to help get the deep relief needed without the next day soreness.

They continue to expand their knowledge of essential oils through research and personal use. Mora also has several years of experience working with Veterans, providing medical massage tailored to their needs. When they aren't studying anatomy or energy work, Mora enjoys fiber arts, playing video games, and spending time with friends in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism).
