Many men experience stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions at some point in their lives.

Yet too often, these struggles remain hidden because of stigma or the belief that they should handle everything on their own.

The truth is that seeking support can improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and help build healthier coping skills.

This Men's Mental Health Month, we encourage men of all ages to prioritize their mental health just as they would their physical health.

Your well-being matters.

Research consistently shows that LGBTQ+ individuals who have supportive families, friends, and communities experience better mental health outcomes and lower rates of depression and anxiety. Affirmation and connection truly make a difference.

This Pride Month, consider one small way you can support someone in your life:

✔️ Listen without judgment
✔️ Respect names and pronouns
✔️ Learn about their experiences
✔️ Show up with kindness and acceptance

Sometimes the most meaningful support starts with simply being present.
