Wishing Coach Christian All the Best!

Today, we say “see you later” to an incredible coach, mentor, and friend. While we’re sad to see Coach Christian leave the Fortify family, we’re excited for the amazing adventure ahead as he and his wife begin a new chapter in Spain and prepare to welcome their little one into the world.

Your dedication, encouragement, and positive energy have made a lasting impact on so many of our members. Thank you for the early mornings, tough workouts, words of motivation, and for helping make our community stronger.

Today at Fortify, we honored the true meaning of Memorial Day through sweat, sacrifice, and community as we completed the Murph together.

The Murph is more than a workout — it’s a tribute to the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country and a reminder that freedom is never free.

We are proud of every single person who showed up today, pushed themselves, and honored our fallen heroes alongside us. Whether you completed the full Murph, modified it, or simply came to support, today was about unity, remembrance, and gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning. Today we remember. ❤️🤍💙

MURPH MONDAY at Fortify 🇺🇸

Join us this Memorial Day Monday at 8:30 AM as we take on the Murph together to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

This workout is for EVERYONE — members, non-members, beginners, experienced athletes, and every fitness level in between. Modifications will be available, so whether you walk, run, scale it, or go full RX, we just want you there with us.

We’re excited to officially introduce the newest member of our PT team — Alex! 👋

Alex earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from American International College in 2021 and has experience working across sports performance, outpatient orthopedic, and post-operative settings. He’s passionate about helping individuals of all activity levels return to peak function through personalized care, clear communication, and efficient treatment plans designed to get you back to doing what you love — safely and confidently.

As a lifelong hockey player who was recruited to play in college, Alex’s own athletic career was cut short by injury. That experience ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in physical therapy and help others navigate the physical and mental challenges of recovery. His perspective as both an athlete and clinician allows him to connect deeply with patients throughout every stage of rehab.

Outside the clinic, you can find Alex spending time with his wife and two cats, playing pickup hockey, or working on woodworking and leather craft projects.

Be sure to say hello to Alex when you see him in the clinic or gym!
