For new or expectant mothers, seeking mental health support early on and practicing self-care can help with feelings of anxiety or depression that may accompany pregnancy and early motherhood.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Psychosis (PPP) is a medical emergency impacting 1-2 individuals per 1,000 births. PPP is often temporary and treatable, but it increases the risk of harm to self or others and thus should be treated as a medical emergency.

Led by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), this class is designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you get ready to feed your baby.

Whether this is your first baby, your fourth, or you’re simply exploring your feeding options, we’ll cover:

✨ What to expect in the hospital
✨ Positioning & latching
✨ Breast care & recovery
✨ Common feeding challenges
✨ Signs that feeding is going well

Our goal is to support families in making informed feeding decisions and feeling empowered as they welcome their new baby. 💕
