🐾🎉 It’s my pup’s birthday!! 🎉🐾

And honestly… dogs deserve more credit.
They’re not just cute — they’re basically little walking stress relievers 🐶💛

Snuggling your dog can actually help lower cortisol (your stress hormone)…
which explains why I feel better after 5 minutes on the couch with this one 😌

BUT… you know what else helps lower cortisol? 👀
