The best therapist takes the time to listen, understand your goals, and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. As both an Occupational Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly three decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals recover from injury, surgery, cancer treatment, lymphedema, orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, neurological challenges, and the everyday stresses that affect our bodies. My background allows me to combine medical knowledge with therapeutic touch to create treatments that are individualized, purposeful, and focused on lasting results.

At Ruelle 2 Renew, my goal isn’t simply to help you feel better for an hour. My goal is to help you move better, heal better, and live better. Every session is personalized because no two bodies—and no two healing journeys—are the same.

Summer is supposed to be a season of relaxation, but let’s be honest—it can also be one of the busiest times of the year.

Between vacations, hanging out on the beach at booth lake and jumping off the rafts, boating on lake Beulah, the yard work, kids’ activities, sports schedules, weekend events, road trips, and trying to soak up every minute of sunshine, it’s easy to put your own self-care on the back burner.

As May came to a close, I find myself reflecting with a grateful heart on what an incredible first year it has been for Ruelle 2 Renew. What began as a business idea has grown into something truly meaningful, and I am humbled by the support, trust, and encouragement I have received along the way.

Thank you to everyone who joined me at my Open House earlier in May and to each and every client who has supported Ruelle 2 Renew throughout this first year. Whether you have booked a service, referred a friend, shared a kind word, or simply cheered me on, you have been part of this journey.

Starting this business was a leap of faith, and I am so grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive community. It has been an honor to walk alongside so many of you on your wellness journeys, and I look forward to continuing to help others find rest, healing, balance, and renewal in the years ahead.

As I look toward year two, I am filled with excitement, hope, and gratitude for all that is yet to come.
