Meet Kinga Naima ✨

With over 20 years of experience in creative movement, Kinga is a movement artist and educator who invites people to reconnect with themselves through movement, feeling and self-expression.

Her work is rooted in the belief that your body is enough and movement is about feeling, not perfection. She creates space to move unapologetically, let go of expectations and find freedom in being yourself.

Kinga’s Offerings at Dreki Soul

Mondays at 4:00 PM | Liberation Hour: Dance Release

Dance-focused class about feeling your feelings through movement instead of talking them out. Joy, anger, grief, whatever's there gets to move.

Mondays at 5:30 PM | Soft Body: Deep Stretch

Slow, Yin-style yoga with breath, intention-setting, and a little self-massage. It's about regulating and feeling safe and soft in your body, expressing gratitude. No experience needed.

A year-round space for connection, seasonal celebrations, ritual, movement and community. Together, we explore the Wheel of the Year, somatic practices and the rhythms of nature while building meaningful relationships and creating space to grow.

• Open enrollment after 3 months of community membership
• Includes seasonal gatherings, ritual, movement and community experiences
• A Book of Seasons to document your journey through the Wheel of the Year

🐉 Dragon’s Portal | Guided Study
An immersive group journey into spiritual traditions, pagan roots, embodiment, energy work and seasonal living. Through guided study, reflection and practical experiences, we explore how these teachings can become part of our everyday lives.

• $444 early enrollment | $555 regular enrollment
• Registration: October 1–December 19, 2026
• Begins late January 2027
• Limited to 6 participants
• Includes 32 hours of guided group study, seasonal practices, reflection, a study binder and community chat

🐉 Under the Dragon’s Wing | Mentorship
A year-long, personalized mentorship for those ready to deepen their spiritual practice and explore their own path with individual guidance and support. This experience weaves together seasonal living, pagan traditions, nature, Reiki, Human Design, ritual, embodiment and self-discovery, with space to integrate what feels meaningful to you.

Our Samhain Faire was filled with such beautiful energy and magic. So grateful for everyone who came together to make this gathering so special. Thank you for being part of our community and sharing this day with us 🖤

As we move into the darker half of the year I find myself being reminded to slow down, turn inward and make a little more space for rest and reflection.

This season can bring up a lot for us and sometimes we need a little extra support as we move through change and settle into the quieter months.

At Dreki Soul we hold space for this through yoga, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing and Thai yoga bodywork. These practices can offer us a chance to reconnect with our bodies, release tension and find a little stillness when life feels heavy.

As nature begins to let go I’m trying to do the same. To honor what has brought me here, release what I no longer need to carry and make room for what’s next.

May we give ourselves permission to slow down and find the support we need as we move through this season. 🖤🍂
