Targeted Case Manager (TCM)

Lighthouse Sober Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Targeted Case Manager to join our team!

We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a human service field and preferably 1–2 years of experience working in case management, behavioral health, recovery services, or a related setting.

If you’re passionate about helping individuals navigate recovery and connect with the resources they need to build successful, independent lives, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and monitor client care
• Connect clients with community resources
• Advocate for clients’ needs
• Maintain accurate documentation

🎆❤️ As Spirit Week comes to a close, our hearts are incredibly full. What a week it has been! From Sunshine Day and Twin Tuesday to Wacky Wednesday, Tropical Thursday, and an unforgettable Field Day, we’ve shared so many laughs, smiles, and special moments together.

We’ll be honest, it has been HOT! ☀️🥵 But through the heat, the fun, the games, the fellowship, and the celebration, this week has been one of the most rewarding yet. Seeing our clients step out of their comfort zones, encourage one another, and simply enjoy life in recovery has been a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing staff for planning and executing an incredible Spirit Week. Your creativity, energy, patience, and dedication made each day meaningful and memorable. You continually go above and beyond to create an environment where healing and joy can coexist.

Thank you to our owner for the spectacular fireworks show that brought everyone together for a night of celebration, connection, and awe. 🎇

Thank you to our clients for participating, laughing, cheering each other on, and embracing every activity with courage and enthusiasm.

And most importantly, thank you to our Our Father for keeping everyone safe and giving us the means to make this happen for everyone.

This week was filled with sunshine, sweat, laughter, teamwork, and gratitude, and we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Here’s to the incredible Lighthouse family and to many more moments of hope, healing, and celebration ahead. We love you, ALL. 💙

What an incredible day of fireworks, food, fellowship, and fun at Lighthouse Sober Solutions! Recovery is about about building a life filled with joy, connection, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Our clients and staff came together to celebrate with delicious food, exciting games, great conversations, and a spectacular fireworks display that lit up the night sky. Moments like these remind us that recovery is something to celebrate, and every new day brings hope for a brighter future.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Thunder over Lighthouse such a special event. We are grateful for our AMAZING team and the incredible individuals we have the privilege of serving each day. We are blessed beyond measure!

🏅🎉 Fun Friday Field Day! 🎉🏅

What an incredible way to wrap up our Spirit Week! Today was all about teamwork, laughter, friendly competition, and making memories that remind us recovery can be fun!

From relay races and tug-of-war to water games, sack races, corn hole tournaments and showing off our favorite sports gear, everyone gave it their all! 💪💦🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Recovery is about so much more than overcoming challenges, it’s about rediscovering how to laugh, connect, encourage one another, and celebrate life. Days like today remind us that healing happens not only in the counseling room, but also in the moments of fun shared together.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff for making this week possible and to every client who participated with enthusiasm and heart. You continue to inspire us every day!

🌺🌴 Tropical Thursday at Lighthouse Sober Solutions! 🌴🌺

Today we traded everyday routines for island vibes as our clients and staff brought the tropics to Lighthouse! From bright Hawaiian shirts and colorful leis to smiles that could light up any beach.

Every laugh shared, every activity enjoyed, and every moment of encouragement strengthens the foundation of lasting recovery. We’re grateful for a team that makes healing engaging and for clients who embrace each opportunity to grow together. They even included a tropical drink station! 😋 🍹
