. How we can help you with this is through our weekly spinal workshop classes every Tuesday night from 6:30-7:00pm. Our classes can be found under our services tab above. We also offer different services to aid you in making better life goals & decisions. The team here at Mi Family is here to help you become the best possible you. Everyone has a different journey & therefore we tailor your care to you & don't expect you to fit into a certain mold. Dr. Adam practices several techniques to best fit the patient so that he can help more patients achieve their optimum health goals.

REMINDER CLOSED MONDAY 5/18/26

Well we made it to our stop for the night tonight. We have a bit of a stormy drive home tomorrow projected so happy thoughts for Pixie's anxiety with loud noises.

Our seminar went fantastic as always and Pixie had fun with her friend Danny from TLC4SuperTeams on Friday. After we walked around Historic Sevierville TN (Dolly Parton grew up here) took in the art and food festival that was going on too before the seminar.

Saturday we did not do my CE's so instead we celebrated our anniversary. We hiked around a little bit Pixie was certified as a "Bark Ranger" at Great Smoky Mountains National Park. In Pigeon Forge then we galavanted around Gatlinburg's main strip with Pixie in tow the whole way. She did so good never barked once at other dogs or crying kiddos.

Christel about lost her mind when she saw an eat in 2 story Cook Out (southern burger, shakes, and hushpuppy spot). We decided to get dinner at "Guy's Flavortown" which wasn't worth the price in my opinion, but we were highly entertained watching people take the Giant Swing! We also saw a plethora of classic Ford Pickups so there must have been a meet somewhere. My truck was a bit too new to fit totally in lol.

To cap off the anniversary night we made our way to a family run icecream joint Cruz Farm Dairy we both got the orange dole whip sweet cream twist which was delightful and the ambiance was spectacular.

We left this morning and started making our way north stopping at IKEA, Bass Pro, and Duluth Traiding Co all in search for Buggy Fluttery clothes for Christel to wear this season G.T. Butterfly House & Bug Zoo 🐛 🦋🐝🦀.

Tomorrow we are making the rest of the way home. The office will be open regular hours the rest of the week Tues -- Saturday.
