Today is a special day for Mitten Health & Performance.

Not only are we celebrating our 1-year anniversary today, but we are also honored to have been voted MyNorth & Traverse Magazine Best Chiropractor in the Charlevoix & the Chain of Lakes Region!

One year ago today, I opened the doors to Mitten Health & Performance with the goal of providing personalized care that fits each patient’s goals and comfort level. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping so many incredible people throughout Northern Michigan.

To be recognized by the community in our very first year is truly humbling. This recognition would not be possible without the support of my patients, family, friends, and everyone who took the time to vote.

Thank you for trusting me with your care and for allowing me to be a part of your health journey.

As many know, Dr. Cesal teaches and works with athletes at Traverse City Christian.

With off season workouts now underway, Tuesday and Thursday office hours will be slightly adjusted as he helps lead training sessions with the athletes.

Thank you for the continued flexibility and support as Mitten Health & Performance continues investing in the health and performance of local athletes both in the office and in the weight room.

We will be offering FREE OnBaseU movement screens on Thursday, March 26th at Swing Fitness attached to Anchor Point Athletics.

The OnBaseU Screen evaluates how an athlete moves and identifies limitations that may affect:

⚾ Mobility and stability
⚾ Injury risk

This quick screen is designed specifically for baseball and softball athletes and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. It helps identify areas that may need mobility, strength, or stability work to keep athletes healthy and performing at their best.
