We really wish we didn’t have to make a post like this…

Someone intentionally carved a disrespectful word into the wall of our tanning room, damaging a space that we work incredibly hard to provide and maintain for our members.

PVM isn’t just a business to us. We have poured countless hours, resources, and a whole lot of heart into building this gym and creating a place our members can enjoy and take pride in. Seeing someone deliberately damage it is incredibly frustrating and honestly, it hurts.

We don’t expect perfection from anyone. We do expect basic respect for the gym, the equipment, the facility, our staff, and the other people who use this space.

If you know who did this, witnessed anything, or have information that could help us identify the person responsible, please reach out to us privately. Any information shared will be kept confidential.

To the overwhelming majority of our members who treat PVM like it’s their own, clean up after themselves, look out for the gym, and continue to support us: thank you. We see it, and we appreciate you more than you know.

This is our gym. This is your gym. Please help us take care of it.

Respect the space. Respect each other. Be better.

Today, we remember.

We remember the lives that were taken far too soon on September 11, 2001. We remember the families whose lives were forever changed, and we honor the incredible bravery of the first responders, service members, and everyday people who ran toward danger to help someone else.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember where we were. We still remember the heartbreak. And we still remember how, in the days that followed, Americans came together and stood beside one another.

May we never forget those we lost, never stop honoring those who served and sacrificed, and never take for granted the freedoms and the people we hold close.

From all of us at PVM Gym, our hearts are with every family who carries the weight of this day.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🏆 WE’VE GOT A PRO IN THE PVM FAMILY! 🏆

Huge congratulations to Beau on an absolutely incredible accomplishment, winning Strongman Corp Nationals and officially earning PRO STATUS!

This is what years of hard work, discipline, sacrifice, and refusing to quit looks like. Achievements like this don’t happen by accident, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate Beau and everything he’s worked for.

🚨UPDATE REGARDING EQUIPMENT🚨

Good afternoon, I wanted to update everyone on the down equipment status's.

Stepmills -
Both units have obsolete controls/consoles that are bad. In turn both are scrap and will be removed in the next few days. I will be replacing them both with one Matrix Climb mill in the next week and will add another one later on.

Treadmill-
Treadmill has a bad rear roller and the parts for that are on order and should be going again soon

Equipment pads-
We have went though and replaced all pads that were worn out or close to it. During that process we put the material supplier into backorder on the material we were using. Material is back in stock and we will be continuing to replace worn out items. Hopefully the abductor and bench will be back in service this week still.

Leg extension-
The shin bar welds broke, I removed it and repaired it the same day. It is now available for use. Enjoy critiquing my welds.

Sauna-
The original stand alone unit I purchased shorted out the power board multiple times because individuals were pouring water into a dry sauna and fried the electronics. So we are working on converting the entire room into a sauna room so when someone wrongly decides to pour water into the dry sauna room it's less likely to destroy the sauna. I am still trying to work out the logistics of converting the room.

Garage doors-
As the weather starts to warm up the gym obviously gets warmer too. With the absolute asinine utility costs that we are all experiencing we will be utilizing the garage doors and fans while the weather permits it. So I have assigned certain individuals to open the doors when it's appropriate. All members and guests must use the member entrance and not the garage doors. Failure to comply with this rule will receive a lifetime ban, no exceptions.
