Necco proudly supports Issue 10. Every child deserves someone who shows up. Issue 10 is how Hamilton County shows up for kids who have no one else. Vote yes!

Fostering ISN’T scary! What’s scary is the possibility of a foster youth not getting to experience Halloween fun!

Many children in foster care haven’t gotten the opportunity to experience trick-or-treating, dressing up in a fun costume, or watching Halloween movies with loved ones. You have the chance to give them these firsts, and many more!

Issue 10's funding helps provide critical services for children and families, including foster care support, mental health resources, healthcare access, and safe shelter.

We're proud to support efforts that strengthen the wellbeing of children across our community!

We hope you'll show up to the polls and support Issue 10 for early voting this weekend, or on Election Day this upcoming Tuesday!

🐾💙 SPECIAL GUEST SPOTLIGHT: SONIC! 💙🐾

We had a very special guest join us at NECCO’s Trunk or Treat, and he stole the show! 🎃👻 Meet Sonic, our adorable, adoptable friend who stopped by to celebrate Halloween with us! 🐶❤️

Sonic was the cutest little trick-or-treater, and we loved having him as part of our event! 🦇🍬 But guess what? This sweet boy is looking for something even better than Halloween treats — a forever home of his very own! 🏡🐾

Could you be the one to give Sonic the love, safety, and happy ending he deserves? 💙

✨ Sonic is adoptable and ready to find his forever family! ✨ message Two Hearts Four Paws Rescue for more information!

Our very own Matt McSweeney represented us on WSAZ NewsChannel 3! He highlighted how the need for foster parents is very real in Huntington, WV. and how we're here to support you during your entire fostering journey!

Shout out to Matt for being such a great representative of everything we stand for! We're here because amazing people like him are spreading awareness and putting in the hard work to bring children into safe homes🧡
