Ellenville Regional Hospital Rural Health Network The Ellenville Regional Rural Health Network builds healthier communities through wellness, prevention, and support services for rural residents.

Together with local partners, we empower individuals and families to live healthier, stronger lives. Ellenville Regional Hospital advances this mission through its Community Wellness Programs, which follow a comprehensive, four-pillar approach to improving overall health. These pillars focus on enhancing physical wellness, improving nutrition, reducing health care risks, and addressing social dete

rminants of health. All services are provided at no cost to the community through various grant-funded initiatives. The Ellenville Regional Rural Health Network is a collaborative team of local community stakeholders dedicated to promoting healthier lives for everyone in the region. The Network is led by Ellenville Regional Hospital in partnership with the Institute for Family Health, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County, Catholic Charities of Orange, Sullivan, & Ulster, and the Ulster County Department of Health and Mental Health.

During Su***de Prevention Month, we’re encouraging everyone to learn the warning signs of su***de risk and remember the important role we can each play in supporting the people around us.

Sometimes the first step is simply noticing when something has changed. Withdrawal from friends or family, feelings of hopelessness, significant changes in mood or behavior, increased substance use, or talking about feeling like a burden may be signs that someone needs support.

Check in. Ask the question. Listen without judgment. Stay connected.
You don’t have to be a mental health professional to make a difference. Being present, showing that you care, and helping someone connect with support can be an important part of prevention.

What to know:
• Drive-thru pick-ups. Enter via Airport Road behind the hospital and follow the signs.
• Walk-ups are welcome. Limited service is available near the set-up area.
• Fresh fruits and vegetables available while supplies last. Please come early.
