Whether you love to workout or not, I want this feeling for you!

You probably look at me and think “yeah, but he has all the time in the world and he loves fitness. I’m busy with work and kids and stress and I just don’t love the gym.”

And that’s totally fine and valid.

But maybe you also want to look and feel better, so there’s this internal conflict. How can we get you to like fitness enough that it gives back to you?

The key here: we have to get you results that make the effort feel worthwhile!!!

My guess is that you haven’t been to a gym where you’ve felt like the change matched the effort…so you quit.

What’s the most important part of a workout program (and the reason people hire me)?

It’s not picking the perfect exercises or teaching them form. It’s showing up!

If you don’t show up, you flounder with results. Every time you go back to the gym it feels difficult, and you have to work through that soreness phase again.

So why do I say this is why people hire me?

Because if you watch my clients…what they do better than 99% of people who own gym memberships???

They. Show. Up

Month after month. Year after year.

Stop gatekeeping fitness- I don’t care why you want to workout.

It’s not my job to say whose reason is right and who’s isn’t.

Want to strength train because you hate how your arms flap? Awesome!

Want to work on your diet because you gained 30 lbs since Covid and you hate how you look/feel in your clothes? Great

Want to get serious about strength because you see how fast your parents quality of life disappeared? Totally valid

We, as a society, sit too much, eat too much and move too little…

So I’ll be the last person to hate on your reasons. Whatever will drive you to the gym, I’m here for it
