Thinking about cutting the cords and going wearable? Don’t buy anything until you run through this quick checklist:

✔️The Tech & Perks:
Do you need app tracking, heated cups, or a portable charging case? Or do you just want basic, customizable suction?

✔️The Material:
Are you team hard plastic or soft silicone?

✔️The Fit:
Does it come in your exact fl**ge size, or will you need to buy third-party inserts?

✔️The Stealth Factor:
How bulky is it under a shirt, and how loud is the motor?

✔️The Capacity:
How much milk does it hold? (Standard 4oz vs. a maxed-out 6oz+ capacity)

✔️The Dishwasher Drill:
How many tiny parts are you going to have to wash at 2 AM?

✔️The Maintenance:
Can you buy cheap generic replacement valves, or are you locked into pricey brand-name parts?

Can I just say... working moms deserve so much credit. 🤍

Whether you work because you need to or because it’s something you genuinely love, neither choice is easy.

Leaving your child every day can be hard, even when you know they’re safe and loved. And staying home comes with its own challenges too.

Motherhood doesn’t mean giving up who you are. It doesn’t mean your goals, passions, or dreams suddenly disappear.

At the end of the day, we're all just doing our best for our families. Different routines, different circumstances, same love.

So if you needed the reminder today: you don't have to feel guilty for the way you show up for your kids. They know they're loved. And that's what matters most. 🤍

Whether you’re a new pumping mama or just need a quick refresher, bookmark this handy guide for storing your breast milk safely.

💡 Quick Takeaways:

Freshly pumped: Good at room temp for up to 4 hours, or in the fridge for 4 days.

Thawed from frozen: Needs to be used within 1–2 hours at room temp, or 24 hours in the fridge.

Never refreeze thawed breast milk!

Thinking about a wearable breast pump?

The Lansinoh Discreet Duo was designed for moms who want more freedom while pumping.

Unlike traditional pumps that use bottles and tubing, these wearable collection cups fit inside your bra so you can pump more discreetly while moving around your day.

A few things moms love about the Discreet Duo:
✨ Lightweight wearable cups that fit inside your bra
✨ App connectivity so you can adjust settings and track pumping sessions from your phone
✨ Quiet operation for more discreet pumping
✨ Multiple suction and expression settings to help you find what feels most comfortable
✨ Rechargeable battery so you can pump without being plugged into the wall

Wearable pumps can be a great option for busy moms who need flexibility, whether you're returning to work, caring for older children, or simply want to move around while pumping.

And if you're pregnant, don't forget to check your insurance benefits before purchasing a pump. You may be eligible to receive a breast pump through insurance.

Visit The Breastfeeding Shop to see which pumps are available with your coverage and find the option that fits your feeding goals best.
