YWCA Enid | 525 S Quincy The focus is providing therapeutic tricycles, AmTrykes®, to people with disabilities worldwide. These unique tricycles, which can be hand and/or foot operated, are designed to accommodate riders of all ages, sizes, and varying degrees of physical limitations. Both physical and occupational therapists acknowledge the AmTryke® tricycle's many therapeutic benefits, citing improved motor skills, strength development and self-esteem. If you’re looking for involvement with a cause, this is the place for you. Friendship, fun and service are core to our group. AM TOO is a diverse group of women with hearts to serve the community and provide AmTrykes® to those who need them. Our chapter meets each Wednesday at 6:45 AM (hence, the name “AM TOO”) which includes a great breakfast and a speaker from within our community. Interested in membership or just visiting a meeting? Meet Bryce Gannon. After more than 15 years without riding a bike, one determined AmTryke rider is back on three wheels and now gets to ride alongside his two children!

As a hip disarticulation amputee, his AmTryke has become an important part of his prosthetic journey. It has given him new opportunities for physical activity while helping him build strength, improve his cardiovascular stamina and enjoy active time with his family.

This AmTryke represents more than exercise. It represents freedom, progress and the simple joy of riding with his kids.

Every smile tells a story and this one is about moving forward together.

Shoulders Together in Service!

Our Enid AM TOO AMBUCS volunteers were busy serving at Our Daily Bread—and judging by those smiles, they had just as much fun as the people they were helping!

This is what AMBUCS is all about: showing up, pitching in, and serving our community together. And apparently, looking fabulous in blue gloves while doing it!

Thank you to these awesome volunteers for going ALL IN for our community!

Meet Emery Sue! She absolutely loves her AmTryke and the freedom and independence it gives her.

Riding helps Emery Sue strengthen the muscles that support movement in her ankles, where she experiences dorsiflexion weakness. It also helps improve her coordination as she combines arm and foot movements at the same time.

But perhaps the best benefit is the joy it brings her! With every turn of the pedals, Emery Sue is building strength, developing new skills and experiencing the freedom to move.

Every smile tells a story, and Emery Sue’s smile says it all!

An ALL IN Impact Series

Meet Ragner Kay! Ragner was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at birth. Although he is unable to walk independently right now, his family is hopeful for the future.

Enid AM Too AMBUCS donated a ProSeries 1412 AmTryke to help Ragner build strength, mobility and confidence as he works toward his therapy goals. His two older brothers are especially excited for the day when all three boys can ride together!
And what song should accompany a great ride? Ragner’s favorite, of course “Tacos Raining From the Sky!” With a great song, two brothers cheering him on and his new AmTryke, Ragner is ready to roll!

Every AmTryke provides more than mobility—it creates opportunities for independence, inclusion and unforgettable family moments.

Every smile tells a story, and Ragner’s is just beginning.

Dear Dave & Nancy, Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help and labor ordering assembling & repairing Kaylee’s Amtryke. Wish you could see the excitement every time she rides. She has been kicked out of gym class multiple times, had been sedentary for quite sometime. Now she is eager to workout and show off how well she rides. Other classmates cheer her on and boast her confidence and self esteem in ways I never imagined. I know it’s typical for AMBUCS to help, but I wanted you to know that you truly touched a young girls life.
