Brainstorm with the Baker! I'm taking suggestions. What flavors of Sourdough would you like to see? I can't guarantee I will be successful, and I do have restrictions due to Michigan cottage laws, but I would love the ideas anyway.

This week I tried my hand at a Pumpernickel Sourdough. I think I missed the mark, but it is still pretty tasty and I will have free samples tomorrow morning (9:30am, Thursday 10/15) at Healthway where you can give me your thoughts on how to tweak it.

I'll also have my usual Thursday lineup.
