🌟 Employee Spotlight: Nelly 🌟
Nelly has been a valued member of our team for about four months, serving in Housekeeping. She was chosen for her strong work ethic, reliability, and respectful nature. She is always on time, works hard, and is loved by both residents and team members.
In her role, she helps keep residents’ rooms clean and sanitized while also assisting with breakfast and lunch. Her favorite part of working here is talking with and getting to know the residents.
Her advice to new employees is simple and meaningful: “Be respectful and kind to people, because you never know what they're going through.”
