🤰 Supporting healthy pregnancies through movement, connection, and wellness!

The Family Center at Exeter Hospital is sponsoring a FREE Prenatal Yoga Series at the Exeter Area YMCA. Expecting mothers can enjoy gentle, pregnancy-friendly movement, breathing and relaxation techniques, and time to connect with others. No yoga experience necessary!

Exeter Hospital’s Community Benefits Poster Day brought community partners, residents, and hospital leaders together to celebrate the programs making a difference in the lives of our neighbors.

Through shared ideas and meaningful conversations, attendees explored how grant-funded initiatives are helping meet local health needs and build a healthier future for communities across the region. Thank you to everyone who participated!

October is Safe Sleep Awareness Month! 💙 Exeter Hospital is proud to be a Cribs for Kids Gold Certified Safe Sleep Hospital, helping families create safer sleep environments for their little ones.

Federal safety standards for infant loungers took effect May 5, 2025, introducing updated requirements for products manufactured after that date.

✅ Choose a firm, flat sleep surface, such as a crib or bassinet.
🚫 Never use an infant lounger for sleep, even if your baby dozes off.
👀 Always supervise your baby when using a lounger.

Flowers, creativity and community. 🌸

Members of Mind, Body, Mend cancer support group recently gathered for a beautiful floral bouquet workshop, creating something special while connecting with others who understand the unique experience of navigating cancer at a young age.

A heartfelt thank-you to group member Jill Arquette, a floral harvester, who generously donated the flowers and led the workshop at Illume Floral Studio in Newmarket, NH. We’re also grateful to My Breast Cancer Support for funding the event and Laney & Lu for catering.
