It's that time of year where I like to remind everyone to hydrate before your massage! (And in general ❤️)

Because muscle contains so much water, under-hydration can make you more prone to muscle soreness after the massage or cramping on the table. As I always say, hydrated tissue is happy tissue!

My Muscle Melter treatment has been so popular, it was time to restock with Lunasea Botanicals body butter (and picked a new luscious facial oil to try with gua sha!)

What is the Muscle Melter? This 90 minute treatment starts with gentle exfoliation, application of your choice of body butter, and 15-20 minutes wrapped up in hot towels and thermal layers. During the wrap, relax with facial gua sha and scalp massage!

After the wrap, we move directly into a 60 minute custom massage. At this point, your muscles are nicely warmed and ready to receive the bodywork, allowing maximum results and deep relaxation.

From the booking page, click the three bars in the top left corner, then choose "gift card." Your gift can be delivered electronically on any day you choose -- simple as that!

I was in vet med for almost 11 years, it's nearly impossible to gross me out. Promise. 🙂

Definitely DO try to be clean and comfortable for your bodywork appointment, but definitely do NOT worry about your hair, body hair, toes, lack of makeup, etc..
