PMOS (Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome) encompasses the whole-body symptoms that millions of women experience. The name PCOS (Polycistic ovarian syndrome) misleadingly led to the under-diagnosis of a condition that does not always manifest as cysts. It is a multi-system endocrine and metabolic disorder that requires ongoing, personalized care and proper diagnosis. We hope this is a step in the direction of more people being validated in their symptoms and receiving the treatment they need.

For ACL repair, there is a 12-week post-operative protocol, but with postpartum there is nothing! It took 9 months to develop and deliver a baby and it takes more than 6 weeks for true physiological healing.
