At almost 300 pounds, the idea of starting over (again) felt overwhelming 😩

I definitely wanted to lose weight, but every solution seemed to require a complete overhaul of my life.

A new meal plan.
A new workout routine.
A new schedule.
Basically... a whole new personality.

And after years of starting and stopping, I wasn't sure I had another "all in" attempt left in me.

So I stopped looking for the perfect plan and started rethinking my approach.

💭 What if I didn't need to overhaul everything to see lasting progress?

💭 What if I focused on taking better care of myself in a way that actually fits my real life?

So I started smaller.

I focused on the next decision instead of the next 50 pounds.

The next meal.
The next walk.
The next opportunity to show up for myself.

And those small choices eventually added up to a 100+ pound weight loss that I've maintained for years.

Not because they were perfect...
But because they were sustainable.

If you're thinking about restarting your weight loss journey but the thought of doing "all the things" feels exhausting...

Let this be your reminder:

✨Sustainable change doesn't require a complete life makeover✨

It starts with a few simple habits that fit the life you're already living.

💬 Comment "YOU FIRST" and I'll send you my free You First Guide... a simple, realistic starting point for women who are ready to start over for the LAST time.

If your healthy eating plan requires:

❌ saying no to every social event
❌ meal prepping like it's a second job
❌ giving up every food you enjoy
❌ becoming an entirely different person overnight
..it might be time for a different approach.

The goal shouldn't be to become a perfect little clean eating robot.

The goal should be to build lasting healthy habits that work in your REAL life.

The one with work deadlines.

Family responsibilities.
Busy seasons.
Vacation plans.
Date nights.

And random Tuesdays where you're too tired to think about what's for dinner.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be perfect to be effective.

What's one piece of nutrition advice you've tried that felt completely unrealistic for your actual life? 👇🏾

I've been on the weight loss rollercoaster almost my entire life.

I'd lose 10-15 pounds. Then gain it back.
Then lose 40 pounds. Then gain it back.

I was constantly cycling through different diets, programs, and meal plans chasing results I hoped would finally last.

(♥️ Double tap if you can relate. I know I'm not alone.)

But instead of viewing those past attempts as failure, I started viewing them as data.

Every cycle taught me something about what was realistic, practical, and sustainable for ME.

And eventually, I realized something important:

Losing weight wasn't the hardest part.
Maintaining the weight loss was.

And honestly, THAT has been the real flex!

Not just losing 100+ pounds… but building a healthier lifestyle I've been able to maintain for almost 8 years. 💪🏾🏆

The biggest shift wasn't just nutrition or exercise.
It was learning how to stop putting myself last.

That's how Eat Clean-ish was born. 🍏🍩💜

A realistic, sustainable approach built for women with real lives, real responsibilities, and real struggles.

Discipline isn't your problem, sis... believe me!

If “trying harder” worked, you would’ve reached your goals (and stayed there) a long time ago.

The truth?‼️

It’s not about discipline.
It’s about how you’ve been showing up for yourself.

You’ve gotten used to being the one who shows up for everybody else and puts yourself last.

So your habits and routines fall apart.

Not because you stopped caring.
But because there’s nothing left in your cup to give.

That’s why I said this isn’t a willpower problem.
It’s a priority problem.

When you stop putting yourself last, everything starts to shift.

✨ Comment 'YOU FIRST' and I’ll send you my You First Guide.

It's a simple way to start showing up for yourself without guilt or perfection.

Enrollment for this round of the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge is officially closed.

If you joined… I’m really glad you’re here. 💜

And if you didn’t, I want you to hear this clearly:

You didn't fail because you needed more time.
You're not “behind.”
And you don’t need to shame yourself for not making a decision faster.

Sustainable change isn’t built through panic, pressure, or guilt.

Sometimes people are ready immediately.
Sometimes they need more space to process, reflect, or mentally prepare for change.

Both are okay.

The women inside the challenge are beginning a new chapter, and I’ll continue sharing pieces of the journey along the way.

And if something about this challenge resonated with you (even if you weren’t ready this time) that matters too.

There will be another round.

If you’d like to be the first to know when enrollment opens again, comment CHALLENGE and I’ll send you the waitlist link. 💜

No pressure.
Just support when the timing feels right for you.

One of the biggest reasons women hesitate to join challenges like this has nothing to do with money, time, or motivation.

It’s fear.

More specifically:
the fear of starting strong… then “falling off” again.

And honestly...?
That fear makes a lot of sense.

Because if you’ve spent years stuck in cycles of:
🔁 starting over every week
🔁 doing “good” for a while
🔁 spiraling after one off meal
🔁 trying to force yourself to be perfect
🔁 and feeling disappointed in yourself when life gets hard…

it becomes difficult to trust yourself around food.

That’s part of the reason why I designed the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge differently.

This challenge isn't built around perfection.

You're not expected to:
❌ eat perfectly
❌ stay motivated 24/7
❌ never miss a day
❌ overhaul your entire life in 21 days

The goal is to help healthy eating feel more realistic, supportive, and sustainable in real life.

Because learning how to keep showing up imperfectly matters way more than being “on track” for a few days.

That’s what actually builds consistency.

💜 No food guilt
💜 No starting over
💜 No all-or-nothing pressure
💜 Just support, structure, and guidance while you practice healthier habits one choice at a time

Enrollment for this round closes tonight.

And if fear has been the thing keeping you on the fence, I just want you to know:
you don't need to be perfect to benefit from this experience.

One of the women from a previous round of the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge said something that really stuck with me.

She said the biggest shift wasn’t weight loss.

It was becoming more intentional with food… without feeling like she had to be perfect all the time.

And honestly? That matters more than most people realize.

Because soooo many women are exhausted.
Not just physically... but mentally.

Constantly thinking about food.
Trying to “eat right.”
Starting over after one off choice.
Feeling guilty for eating things they enjoy.
Swinging between restriction and "forget it.”

That cycle is draining.

This challenge was created to help you step out of that pattern and practice a healthier, more supportive way of approaching food.

Not through pressure.
Not through extremes.
Not through obsessing over every bite.

But through:
💜 awareness
💜 balanced eating
💜 consistency
💜 self-support
💜 and practical habits that fit real life

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t the scale.

Sometimes it’s finally feeling at peace around food.

If that’s something you’ve been needing, comment CHALLENGE and I’ll send you the details.

You SAY you love yourself, but...

If we’re being honest:
👀 Does your schedule reflect that?
👀 Do your meals reflect that?
👀 Does your self-talk reflect that?

Love isn’t just a feeling.
It’s an ACTION.

And so many women are treating their bodies like an afterthought... because they’re busy taking care of everyone else.

Skipping meals.
Running on fumes.
Promising to “start over next week".
Pushing through stress without support.

It's time to slow down and focus on YOU for a change.

The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge is about rebuilding the way you treat your body… one choice at a time.

For 21 days, you'll practice what it looks like to nourish, care for, and show up for yourself in real life.

💜 Comment CHALLENGE and I’ll send you the details.
