🖤 Hey & Welcome to Impulse Massage Therapy LLC 🖤

First off … hi 🥹 and truly, thank you for being here. I’ve had so many new faces join my page lately, and I felt like it was the right moment to slow down and properly introduce myself and what this space is really about.

I’m Shawna - the part owner, massage therapist, and heart behind Impulse Massage Therapy LLC. But more than any title, I’m just someone who deeply cares about people feeling safe again in their bodies, in their minds, and in their lives.

What I’ve built here didn’t start as just a massage business. It started as a feeling … a calling. The realization that so many people are walking around carrying stress, trauma, burnout, anxiety, grief, overstimulation, and exhaustion - and don’t always have a place where they can truly set it down.

So I created one.

Impulse Massage Therapy is meant to be more than an appointment. It’s a pause. A reset. A space where you can come in exactly as you are - no masking, no holding it together, no expectations to be anything other than human. Just you, your breath, and a space that holds you gently.

My goal has never been to rush people in and out or treat the body like it’s separate from everything else. I believe the body remembers everything - the stress, survival mode, the things we never said out loud, and the weight we’ve carried for too long. It all lives somewhere inside us.

And I believe healing happens when we finally feel safe enough to soften.

That’s what I try to create in every session - not just relief for the body, but a moment where your whole system can exhale. A place where you can feel grounded again, reconnected again, like yourself again.

Whether you come in because:

✨ your nervous system is overwhelmed
✨ life feels heavy or too loud
✨ you need silence, stillness, and care
✨ or you’re just trying to find your way back to yourself

… you are always welcome here.

There is no pressure here to perform, explain, or be anything other than who you are in that moment. Just care, intention, and a whole lot of heart.
