Unroll your mat with us for a gentle golden hour yoga class on the 5th floor terrace. Take in breathtaking views of Downtown Fargo while you breathe and unwind in the heart of our city.

Each session is sponsored by our friends at The Vanity Bar who will have a self-care goodie bag for everyone to take home. 🧖‍♀️🛍️

Each reservation comes with a cool and complimentary wellness drink that can be enjoyed after class. 🥒🧊

Terrace Season is Here 🤩🏙️✨

Thank you to everyone who made our annual Yoga on The Terrace Summer Kick-Off class a great time! Nichole Rae said it best, we can’t help but do a little happy dance when classes fill and we get to practice together.

We’d love to see you again for more Yoga On The Terrace classes at Jasper Hotel. We offer these classes on select Sundays at 10am during the warmer months and they are included in all memberships.

Welcome Casey 👋😃

This Wednesday, we welcomed a new teacher to the YUJ Yoga team. Casey comes to us with a 235-hour certification from Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness, a nurturing personality, and a stellar green thumb. 🌷

Join her for grounding Yin classes, perfect for those looking to relax mid-week. She’ll be teaching alongside Trina on select Wednesday evenings this summer.

Pop-Up Summer Break 🚪✨

YUJ’s pop-up studio in West Fargo will be closed for the season starting Memorial Day weekend.

Thank you to everyone who visited, booked sessions, and supported us in the new space, including Hearts of Hospitality who made us feel right at home.

Our Downtown location will remain open and we’ll be offering classes all summer long. ☀️

Poses On The Prairie 🌅🌾

You asked, and we listened. Next Tuesday, we are hosting a gentle sunset yoga class with Allison at That’s The Dream Farm - free of roaming goats.

Following the outdoor class, a mini iced tea social will take place. You can walk the farm’s gorgeous property and view the animals that make it a magical place to visit… all while the sun begins to set. ⛅️✨
